Ms. Fitzpatrick is the firm’s Case Manager. In that capacity, Alexandria organizes, conducts investigative research, and prepares the initial case evaluation of all chapter 7 cases assigned to Mr. Avery prior to the 341(a) meeting. She facilitates the communications between all involved parties throughout the 341(a) process, serving as Mr. Avery’s point of contact to debtors and debtor’s counsel. Ms. Fitzpatrick is responsible for calendaring all hearings and docket dates for the firm, and she has significant experience with bankruptcy court procedure.
Ms. Fitzpatrick is a member of American Inns of Court, as well as a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees.
Alexandria received her Bachelor of Arts in English from Loyola Marymount University in 2017 and her Associates degree from Marymount College in 2015 where she served as President of Ductus Exemplo, a health and wellness organization on campus. During her time at Loyola Marymount, Ms. Fitzpatrick spent a semester abroad studying Irish Literature at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.
